Jose Mourinho explained his reasons for leaving Iker Casillas and Pepe out of his Real Madrid teams during a press conference in the Spanish capital on Tuesday (May 7th).

"I like Diego Lopez better than (Iker) Casillas as a goalkeeper. It is as simple as that. I do not have any personal problem, it is not a decision adopted with the aim of hurting anybody, I just like him better. I like a goalkeeper who uses his feet well, I like a goalkeeper who goes out in the centre, I like a goalkeeper who dominates the air space and who is fantastic in the goal and makes fantastic stops.... I just like a different profile of goalkeeper."

"When (Lionel) Messi is not playing, the team (Barcelona) is a totally different team capable of doing what they did in the Champions League semi-finals, when they were missing that great player.
